Coconut Power Coffee

Ingredients:

1/4 cup (60 mL) finely ground 100% Colombian Whole Beans

1/4 cup (60 mL) melted coconut oil

1/4 cup (60 mL) coconut milk, warmed

Pinch ground cinnamon (approx.)

Preparation:

  1. Brew coffee in coffee machine with 2 cups (500 mL) water or prepare using the pour-over method.
  2. In a blender, mix together brewed coffee, coconut oil, coconut milk, and cinnamon until smooth, frothy and thickened.
  3. Divide between 2 mugs. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.

Tip: Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) MCT oil if desired.
